Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of agricultural lending experience.
• 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in production agriculture and agribusiness financials.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive business growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
