About The Position

Position Overview The SVP, Investor Relations & Treasury will be focused on developing the strategy and execution of the day-to-day Investor Relations and Treasury functions. A Day In The Life This role will take ownership and leadership of general Investor Relations functions such as conducting meetings with investors, investor targeting, planning the conference and NDR calendar, drafting earnings documents and press releases, writing earnings scripts, preparing the management question and answer document, and updating the quarterly investor relations presentation. They will work closely with the GSVP Treasurer, Investor Relations, Procurement, ESG/CSR and other members of the Executive Leadership Team, including extensive exposure to CEO and CFO, and will be heavily involved in strategy discussions during earnings preparation. In addition, the SVP will oversee daily cash management and cash forecasting, long range cash flow and leverage ratio forecasting, as well as assist the GSVP Treasurer, Investor Relations, Procurement, ESG/CSR in commercial bank, investment bank, rating agency presentations and interactions, capital structure strategy development and capital market transactions. The SVP will also help craft capital structure and long-range plan presentations to the C suite, Board committee, and full Board presentations. The SVP will serve as a strategic partner across multiple functions, working closely with Procurement and Accounts Payable to strengthen vendor relationships and optimize financial operations. In collaboration with Procurement, the SVP will lead the evaluation of the health and stability of critical suppliers, with a particular focus on supply chain resilience. This includes conducting in-depth financial analyses, engaging directly with vendor leadership—such as business owners and CFOs—and assessing risk profiles to provide actionable recommendations that safeguard continuity and mitigate exposure. Additionally, the SVP will partner with Accounts Payable to modernize payment processes and lead the development of a forward-thinking disbursement strategy. Key initiatives include implementing an early payment discount program and leveraging technology to drive efficiency, cost savings, and improved vendor satisfaction. This highly visible role requires an experienced professional who has the capacity to interact closely with Executive Leadership teams, and demonstrates the ability to work both independently, as well as with key stakeholders, effectively. You'll Come With Education: Four-year degree required, finance/accounting preferred. Experience: 15+ years of experience in equity capital markets or investor relations, retail sector exposure or experience preferred, and Treasury experience a plus. Skills and Abilities: Strong written and oral presentation skills, as well as analytical skills, are essential. Advanced Excel and Word user, proficient in PowerPoint. Some travel required.
