Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategy and planning, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or related fields within large-scale sales organizations.
  • 10+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Experience in Media Sales, Sales Tech SaaS (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Ad Tech SaaS, or general SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as Solutions-Based Selling, MEDDIC, Sandler, etc.
  • Proven track record in setting up Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and related sales technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a collaborative approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in enabling and enforcing sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency in owning pipeline councils and forecasting processes.
  • Experience in integrating AI tools and automation into sales and revenue operations.
  • Commitment to leveraging technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficiency in distributed database architecture, managing data pipelines, and relevant statistical modeling preferred.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue operations strategies that align with the company's overarching business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CRO and senior leadership to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Translate revenue goals into hiring plan, budgets, marketing campaigns, and related initiatives to exceed our financial objectives.
  • Capture, analyze, and report on GTM process to take action and optimize.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of sales software systems.
  • Lead the development of GTM strategies, encompassing sales methodologies and motions.
  • Establish and manage effective territory planning processes.
  • Oversee pipeline management and revenue forecasting processes.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and yield management practices.
  • Design and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing Operations, Training & Enablement, and Client Services teams.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $375,000 to $416,000 depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Eligibility for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
