About The Position

The SVP, Science + Medicine is a senior leader responsible for shaping how science informs strategy, creative, and decision-making across the agency. This role goes beyond ensuring medical accuracy—it's about translating complexity into clarity, connecting data to insight, and making the science relevant so the work can go further. Collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer, the SVP will build a skilled team, guide talent, and compose frameworks improving medical strategy. Together, they will continue to evolve the Science + Medicine function as a key partner in driving creative excellence and business impact. The SVP will own a portfolio of client business, leading the science and medical strategy across key brands and ensuring the work is clinically sound, strategically sharp, and built to influence. They will also partner across Strategy, Creative, Engagement, and Account to ensure the science doesn't just show up—it shows the way forward. They'll help transform complex data into narratives that resonate with how HCPs think, treat, and decide, guiding the development of work that can stand up to scrutiny and still break through. They'll also serve as an internal educator, helping build fluency across teams by making science accessible and actionable. And as a key voice in new business efforts, the SVP will represent the Science + Medicine point of view in pitches—bringing credibility, clarity, and strategic depth to the agency's most important opportunities. At Digitas Health, science isn't a checkpoint—it's a catalyst. And this role is critical to ensuring our ideas ring true, not just read well. If you can move confidently between evidence and insight, medicine and marketing, this is your opportunity to lead from the center of it all.
