About The Position
City Year Greater Boston is seeking an Executive Director (ED) to lead its efforts in advocating for public education and education equity. The ED will oversee a team of 35 staff and 90 AmeriCorps members, ensuring the site meets its impact, revenue, and partnership goals. This role involves mobilizing coalitions, managing a significant budget, and representing City Year in the Greater Boston community to enhance educational opportunities for underserved students.
