About The Position

Lead global creative and design operations, managing cross-functional teams of up to 300 UX, UI, research, and content professionals across the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Define and implement the creative vision and strategy to ensure design excellence across enterprise-level digital products and services. Oversee the modernization of digital platforms through user discovery, information architecture, high-fidelity prototyping, and establishment of design-specific KPIs. Manage end-to-end project engagements, including current-state heuristic evaluations, future-state UX/UI roadmaps, and milestone-based stakeholder alignment and approvals. Provide leadership coaching and career development support to design managers and team leads to strengthen creative and operational capabilities. Structure and scale design organizations by resolving operational challenges, embedding design teams within client ecosystems, and improving cross-functional collaboration. Define and facilitate strategic design workshops, codify design operations processes, and produce key deliverables such as journey maps, user insight reports, and design system documentation. Balance creative direction with measurable business outcomes to ensure digital experiences meet both user needs and organizational objectives. Apply frameworks related to artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to inform digital innovation and omni-channel modernization efforts. Deliver executive-level presentations, strategic readouts, and design reviews to senior leadership and stakeholders. Support recruitment, onboarding, promotions, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing and diverse creative organization. Drive measurable impact at an enterprise scale by integrating user-centered design principles with business strategy.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Innovation Design, UX/UI & Interaction Design, Human Interaction Design, HCI/UX Design or related fields plus five years of experience in a related occupation.
  • Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
