About The Position

Good360 is Closing the Need Gap to Open Opportunity for All Join a fast-growing organization with a strong culture and powerful mission! As the global leader in product philanthropy and purposeful giving, Good360 partners with more than 400 socially responsible companies to source highly needed donated goods and distribute them through our network of more than 100,000 diverse nonprofits that support people in need. Good360 is the link between organizations with so much to give and communities in critical need, closing that gap and opening new opportunities for all. Since 1983, Good360 has distributed more than $18 billion in needed goods, including more than $3 billion in goods in 2025 alone. Good360 has been named the #2 charity on the Forbes list of America’s Top 100 Charities for 2023 and 2024 and has a 4-star Charity Navigator rating. The organization has also been recognized as both a top workplace in the Washington, DC metro area (by the Washington Post) and as a top nonprofit to work for in the United States (by NonProfit Times). Position Summary As disasters increase in frequency, scale, and complexity, Good360 has a unique opportunity to expand its leadership and impact in disaster response and recovery. By mobilizing corporate product donations and financial resources to support nonprofit partners, Good360 plays a critical role in connecting the private sector with organizations serving communities affected by disasters. To strengthen and scale this work, Good360 is establishing a Senior Vice President of Disaster Response & Resilience, a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and leading the organization’s disaster strategy across the full disaster lifecycle—from preparedness and response to long-term recovery. This leader will help ensure greater alignment between programmatic priorities, resource development, and operational execution while guiding the continued growth of Good360’s disaster portfolio. The SVP will oversee strategy and execution for disaster response and recovery initiatives, deepen partnerships across nonprofit networks and the broader disaster response ecosystem, and ensure resources are deployed quickly and effectively to communities in need. The role will also elevate Good360’s presence in national disaster conversations, representing the organization in media engagements, sector convenings, and high-profile partnerships. Working closely with leaders across corporate development, operations, marketing, and nonprofit engagement, the SVP will help position Good360 as a strategic leader in disaster philanthropy while expanding the reach, coordination, and long-term impact of its disaster response and recovery efforts.
