We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis Manager to join our Structured Debt Client Platform team. This role is located in Houston, TX or Pittsburgh, PA.

  • Manage a large team of data management and/or quantitative analysis professionals who prepare data sets and conduct statistical, financial, and econometric modeling for internal or external clients.
  • Oversee data management and/or quantitative analysis activities for the assigned area, providing insights and implementing process improvements.
  • Manage data vendor relationships, system costs, and contracts, and oversee new data-related technology enhancements and implementations.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, ensuring compliance with Bank standards and best practices, and deliver reports and presentations to senior leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred.
  • Strong skills in SQL, querying, macro development, and familiarity with programming or system configuration to set up sophisticated models or algorithms.
