Senior Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP to join our Corporate Actions team. This role location is New York, NY ( 4 days in office expectation). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
- Experience in financial services or corporate actions preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
- Proven ability to recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large, or multiple, Corporate Actions team(s) responsible for providing corporate action-related custody and accounting processing.
- Monitor the workload of the team(s) to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and in compliance with department procedures.
- Review daily control reports and approve the work product and operational output of staff to ensure accuracy on corporate actions activity.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, depositories, agents, and brokers to ensure daily work meets organizational standards.
