The Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a newly expanded executive role reporting to the EVP, Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the technology foundation and evolution at Carle Health. This leader serves as a strategic and operational leader, ensuring that the health system's technology investments—from electronic health records to enterprise resource planning—are fully optimized to support clinical and business operations. The CTO is responsible for creating a secure, innovative, and patient-centered digital environment that facilitates high quality care, organizational growth and operational excellence. At Carle Health, nearly 17,000 team members and providers work together to support patient care across central and southeastern Illinois. The organization includes eight, award-winning hospitals and a multispecialty provider group with more than 1,500 doctors and advanced practice providers. Carle Health is also developing the next generation of providers and healthcare professionals through Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the world’s first engineering-based medical school, and Methodist College.
