About The Position
As a Senior Vice President of Air Emission Management Services at Montrose, you will play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to provide innovative solutions for air emission management. This full-time position is designed for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about protecting the environment and committed to fostering an inclusive work environment. You will oversee three main service lines in North America: Real-Time Air Monitoring (Sensible), Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR), and Optical Gas Imaging (OGI). Your leadership will be crucial in strategic planning for both current markets and future opportunities, particularly in response to evolving environmental regulations. In this executive leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing product development of new technologies, including hardware, software, and field services, ensuring that Montrose remains competitive and continues to offer the best solutions for reducing air emissions. You will also be tasked with fostering a strong company culture across all divisions and geographies, assisting operations staff in navigating challenges, and ensuring optimal performance while retaining valued employees. Your ability to attract and develop talent, particularly women leaders, will be essential in building a strong successorship at all levels within the organization. Additionally, you will leverage your experience in business development to drive growth and innovation, monitor emerging technology developments, and align the sales and marketing teams with corporate strategy. Your role will require frequent travel to various office and project locations across the USA and Canada, making it essential to have strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize deliverables and meet demanding deadlines.
