We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join our Agile Delivery Practice team. This role is located in New York City.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods.
  • Understands company organizational model, company structure, and Agile journey history.

Responsibilities

  • Helps teams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems.
  • Operates at an enterprise level and helps solve systematic problems in a structured manner.
  • Helps people rethink and change the way they go about development.
  • Acts as servant leaders to the team, to support and evangelize best practices for agile and ways of working.
  • Possesses experience and expertise acquired by supporting a business line with expertise in cross functional team leadership.
  • Proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy roadmap across the entire line of business before the pilot project.
  • Serves in a mentoring or coaching role only and is not part of the scrum team by providing objective guidance, without personal or political considerations.
  • Designs, proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy across the entire organization before the pilot project.
