Amazon Air is looking for a Senior Vendor Manager with strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and a track record of delivering cross-functional, high-impact results. This individual will direct end to end management of one or more third-party vendors that support Amazon AIR's ground handling operations. In addition, this role will scope large projects, track project timelines, and develop mechanisms for communicating to senior management on status, risks, and business challenges. Existing as both an internal and external facing member of the team, the Senior Vendor Manager must be adept at cross-team coordination, project management, executive presentation skills, thinking big on project scope, diving deep on project financials and have a proven history of delivering results. This individual will enhance gateway performance throughout the Amazon Transportation Services Air network to ensure Amazon can continue to delight its many customers.
