What You'll Be Driving
Deliver High-Impact Plumbing VDC Outcomes
Lead projects from kickoff through completion, producing fabrication-ready models, coordinated systems, and field-ready deliverables that reduce rework and improve construction efficiency.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Develop and manage VDC Engineers and BIM specialists to consistently deliver high-quality, on-time results while growing capability across the team.
Act as a Trusted Client Partner
Work directly with clients to align expectations, solve problems early, and ensure delivery confidence across every phase of the project.

Requirements

• Proven success leading plumbing BIM/VDC efforts on complex projects
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, coordination, and constructability
• Experience managing teams and driving performance across multiple projects
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with confidence
• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed plumbing BIM modeling, coordination, and clash resolution
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and constructability standards
• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coach and develop team members across multiple experience levels
• Coordinate across internal teams, contractors, and external partners
• Contribute to best practices and advance plumbing VDC methodologies
• Integrate AI and digital tools to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
