Responsible for developing and securing market access and coverage for strategic and emerging technologies with payers and provider organizations, including commercial and private payers. Develops and executes business plans for payer stakeholders to advocate and remove barriers to access and ensure coverage for Coloplast procedures and devices. These key strategies are developed in alignment with business objectives associated with development, launch and life cycle management of the portfolio. This position ensures ongoing assessment and adaption of strategies to maintain market access, garner market share and work collaboratively with Marketing, Health Economics, Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Clinical Development. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable commitment to working for patient-focused Medical Device companies and understand the needs for engagement with the HCP and patient community in a compliant manner.
