About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Engineer to lead front-end development and drive user experience innovation across our product suite. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with a strong eye for design to deliver elegant, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. This role also includes introducing and scaling AI-driven tooling into our design and development workflows—leveraging automation, personalization, and intelligent UX to create next-generation financial experiences.

Requirements

7–10 years of front-end or full-stack development experience with a strong UX/UI focus
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Material-UI (MUI)
Proven experience building responsive, cross-browser, and mobile-first applications
Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices
Familiarity with AI tooling for development/design workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, generative libraries)
Strong background with Git and agile methodologies
Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with TypeScript and testing frameworks
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
Background in fintech or building data-heavy applications

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, reusable UI components and frameworks
Translate product requirements into intuitive, user-centered interfaces
Incorporate AI-powered tooling to accelerate workflows, enhance accessibility, and personalize experiences
Ensure performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across web applications
Partner with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and deliver data-rich applications
Establish and champion best practices for UI development, code quality, and testing
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Contribute to architectural decisions and product strategy
