About the position

C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing, private, full-service digital marketing company that excels at helping automotive dealerships increase sales, increase market share, and lower cost per acquisition. C-4 Analytics is committed to developing innovative solutions for every dealer in every market, and to providing the highest levels of accountability and customer service. We are currently hiring for a Senior UX/UI Designer - Wakefield, MA as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients. The Senior UX/UI Designer may benefit from the flexibility to work in a way that suits them best. We offer the following work options: Remote: We understand that some individuals thrive in a remote working setup. As such, we support remote work arrangements, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or any location that enhances your productivity. Hybrid: For those who prefer a balance between office and remote work, we offer a hybrid model. This allows you to divide your time between working in the office and remotely, providing the best of both worlds.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the early shaping process for product ideas, working with Product and Engineering to define problems, sketch solutions, and scope efforts.
  • Build low- and high-fidelity UX prototypes that can be tested, challenged, and refined.
  • Craft intuitive workflows and interactions that help internal teams move faster and make smarter decisions.
  • Contribute to internal pitches and product visioning, not just design deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout build cycles to adapt, improve, and deliver the right outcomes.
  • Use the best tool for the job—whether that’s Figma, whiteboard sketches, or a clickable mockup.
  • Design experiences that incorporate dynamic content and real-time data, enabling the display of AI-driven outputs and recommendations within internal and client-facing tools.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems using atomic design principles and reusable component libraries to ensure consistency, speed, and collaboration across products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, technology, anthropology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience with relevant training.
  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing work across web-based applications, internal tools, dashboards, and data-powered interfaces.
  • Proficient in Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools) with a solid understanding of design systems.
  • Comfortable working within modern product development workflows, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Shape Up.
  • Skilled in designing user flows, outcomes, and systems—not just screen-level UI.
  • Experienced in scoping design work intentionally to deliver meaningful MVPs.
  • Thrive in early-stage, ambiguous product shaping and enjoy bringing structure to complexity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design thinking and rationale.
  • Passionate about strategic, upstream UX work—not just final polish and mockups.

Nice-to-haves

  • Forward-looking approaches to UX such as familiarity with Shape Up and IDEO’s Human-Centered Design process (or genuine curiosity)
  • B2B, enterprise, or internal product design experience
  • Strong UX writing or storytelling skills

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Starting annual salary of $80,000.00, flexible and negotiable based on individual qualifications.
  • Career development programs.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
