About The Position

The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for leading the development of a logical and user-friendly experience across UPS.com. This includes designing user interfaces, defining navigational structures, organizing information, creating site maps, and planning the overall customer journey. The role leverages industry-standard design methodologies, usability analytics, and web heuristics to craft interactive web application interfaces. This position also leads and participates in design sprints with cross-functional stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior UX/UI Designer collaborates closely with technical writers and cross-functional team members, including vendors, depending on project requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX designer, with a robust portfolio highlighting expertise in Figma.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools in design and creative processes is a plus.
