About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer in Canada.
In this role, you will lead the creation of premium, high-impact digital experiences that elevate the brand presence and drive engagement across web and campaign initiatives. You will design emotionally resonant, responsive journeys that inspire trust and conversion, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into polished user interfaces and immersive experiences. Operating in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will set creative standards, refine UI systems, and craft visual storytelling that resonates with high-value audiences. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing premium, luxury, or high-end brand websites.
• Proven experience designing for fundraising, investor audiences, nonprofit campaigns, or high-value conversion environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated aesthetic judgment, typographic sophistication, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design tools, with experience collaborating closely with developers.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, motion principles, and event-driven digital experiences.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to balance storytelling with conversion goals.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
