Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for innovative healthcare solutions. You’ll work independently on multiple projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into compelling design solutions. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and deep empathy for users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

• Demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience.
• Collaborate across disciplines—including product management, engineering, and marketing—to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into actionable design objectives.
• Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, visual designs) that meet strategic objectives with minimal supervision.
• Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis to inform design decisions.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and design standards.
• Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Actively participate in design reviews, presenting concepts and influencing stakeholders with clear rationale.
• Stay curious and innovative, exploring new tools, methods, and trends to elevate design quality.
