Aroma360 is a luxury scenting brand redefining how fragrance transforms spaces. From private homes to flagship retailers and global hospitality, our products elevate environments through thoughtfully crafted scent experiences. As we scale, we are investing in best-in-class digital infrastructure — and we need a design leader who can translate our high-touch physical brand into a seamless, high-converting online experience. We’re looking for a true UI/UX expert — someone who understands that elegant design is as much about flow, function, and intent as it is about fonts and color. As our UI/UX Lead Designer, you’ll own the full end-to-end design process: from UX research and wireframes to hi-fi UI mockups and implementation-ready specs. You’ll be responsible for building a cohesive, scalable visual system across our Shopify store, landing pages, email templates, and conversion funnels — ensuring every touchpoint reflects the luxury feel of our brand. You will collaborate directly with development, CRO, and data teams to ensure that design decisions are driven by insight and aligned with performance metrics.

  • Lead and execute the full UX and UI process for all ecommerce design initiatives (DTC + B2B)
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with a mobile-first approach
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive Figma-based design system to standardize brand experience
  • Design with performance in mind: prioritize hierarchy, legibility, accessibility, and behavioral UX triggers
  • Audit existing site experience and eliminate visual inconsistencies or design debt across 100+ live pages
  • Collaborate with full-stack developers and CRO analysts to validate designs through data and testing
  • Deliver annotated, implementation-ready designs to developers — ensuring mobile optimization and responsiveness
  • Work closely with the Director of Ecom Tech and marketing team to align brand storytelling with usability
  • Mentor and manage additional designers or freelancers as the team scales
  • Preform other duties as directed
  • 6+ years of UI/UX experience in ecommerce, DTC, or digital product design
  • Mastery of both visual design and UX principles (user psychology, mobile-first design, funnel optimization)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (component systems, prototyping, auto-layout, team libraries)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, wireframes, interaction flows, and polished final designs
  • Comfortable working in agile sprints with developers and analysts
  • Familiarity with ecommerce data metrics: conversion rate, bounce rate, scroll-depth, AOV, etc.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility, responsive layouts, and mobile behavior
  • Strong verbal and written communication for presenting design decisions and feedback
  • Shopify design experience (custom themes, section-based layouts, Liquid structure)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for handoff clarity
  • Experience working alongside CRO or SEO teams
