About The Position

At Talentus, we are looking for you! We are a US company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20 countries around the world. Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing and the top ERP & CRM solutions, driven by our practices across many different industries. We are currently looking for a Webmaster to become a valuable addition to our team! The Webmaster will be responsible for ensuring that our websites function smoothly, are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI design and/or webmaster roles.
• Proven experience managing WordPress sites and hosting platforms (WP Engine).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, landing pages, and UX thinking.
• WordPress, WP Engine.
• Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals.
• High creativity and visual intuition.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Web Development or Digital Marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
• Experience managing domains, DNS, and other internet infrastructure topics.

Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages and microsites for internal and client use.
• Create prototypes and wireframes using Figma.
• Design visual assets using Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO and brand alignment.
• Integrate tools like HubSpot, CRM platforms, and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with UX trends and web technologies.
