About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our cloud-based dentistry applications (DS Core). In this role, you will lead research initiatives to uncover deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points, driving the development of innovative solutions that empower dental practitioners and enhance dental care delivery. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, developers, clinicians, and other stakeholders, ensuring that our clinical applications are designed with a user-centered approach. This is a hybrid role that will require you to be in the Waltham, MA office at least one day per week.
