About The Position
Cribl is on a mission to redefine how data is managed and utilized in IT and Security, and we are looking for a Senior UX Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. As a remote-first company, we prioritize empowering our employees to excel in their roles, regardless of their location. In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our design strategy, ensuring that our product suite is cohesive and user-friendly. You will be responsible for driving major initiatives that enhance the end-to-end user experience (E2E UX) across our products, making a significant impact on how our customers interact with our solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create and maintain design systems and guidelines that promote a unified design language. You will lead user research and usability testing efforts to gather insights and feedback, translating these findings into actionable design improvements. Your ability to facilitate workshops and design sprints will foster innovation and collaboration within the team, ensuring that we prioritize the right design projects. As a Senior UX Product Designer, you will also be tasked with prototyping multiple ideas quickly, sometimes in collaboration with customers, to validate product direction. You will produce high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Your user-centric approach will help drive product innovation and guide user experiences across all Cribl products, contributing to the overall design maturity of the organization.
