About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior UX & Product Designer to lead end-to-end experience design for our SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll shape intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences that support complex workflows and high-volume usage. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering to define the future of our product and elevate our design practice.

Requirements

5 - 8 years of UX or product design experience, with at least 4 years in a SaaS environment
A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design
Has the strong ability to translate complexity into clear, intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
Strong proficiency in modern design tools (Figma) and prototyping methods
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across teams
Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative product environments

Nice To Haves

Experience contributing to or managing design systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy and execution across product areas, from discovery through delivery
Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into clear, thoughtful design solutions
Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate interaction patterns and system behavior
Collaborate with product managers, sales, and operations to shape requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize features
Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and maintain design integrity throughout development
Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform
Advocate for user-centered design principles and help drive a culture of continuous improvement
