About The Position
The Windows Design Systems team is looking for a Senior UX Engineer with exceptional visual design awareness and experience implementing successful user experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the visual design expression of Windows and develop elegant user interfaces for Windows and AI integration. As a Senior UX Engineer, you will develop front end designs, specs, user interface systems, and partner with engineers to build out fully functioning features. You will generate ideation solutions, identify user needs and define product designs. You will develop prototypes to meet specific needs, solve challenges and get user feedback. This opportunity will allow you to work with designers to iterate designs during implementation, including listening to customer needs, driving accessibility and connecting Design and Engineering. You will liaise between Design and Engineering to deliver product requirements and drive consistency with existing codebases and design systems.
