As a Senior User Experience Designer for Premium Analysis and Insights within the John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Software team members to deliver a best-in-class user experience across multiple platforms to John Deere customers. In addition, you will: Plan, coordinate, and perform UX interaction design and validation activities across multiple platforms with various customer types from a system design and data integration perspective. Be responsible for feature definition and interactions between internal and external data sources. Create (and occasionally conduct) detailed research plans and protocols, analyze data, and develop user centered system requirements. Collaborate with digital UX designers and leads on solution concepts derived from user-centered system requirements. Use designs, flows and diagrams to accelerate discussions and decisions early in and often in the product development process. Apply internal/external standards and best practices to create tangible visualizations that serve as the blueprint for product designers to turn a concept into a solution, while ensuring product styling is consistent with brand standards.
