This role is ideal for someone who thrives at uncovering deep insights, translating them into meaningful design decisions, and helping teams center around the voice of the customer. Lead the full UX design process, from discovery to high-fidelity designs and final handoff, keeping research at the core. Present findings and design solutions to stakeholders, including executives, focusing on business impact and user experience. Mentor junior and intermediate designers, especially in research planning, synthesis, and storytelling. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring user insights influence scalable, consistent patterns across products. You’re not just a strong individual contributor, you’re a mentor and advocate who raises the bar for research and design on your team.
