About The Position

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer with a fervor for user experience design and a knack for working in a data-driven environment. This role is critical for the BrightEdge platform to maintain industry-leading sophistication and user-friendliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, having worked on enterprise products in a cross-functional team.

Given the pace of change in product design, the ideal candidate should be current on how AI is shaping user expectations, workflows, and digital experiences. We are looking for someone with strong core UX skills who is also open to using AI tools to accelerate design exploration, content development, and iteration, while applying sound design judgment and adapting as the landscape evolves.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, ideally in SaaS enterprise products.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping in Figma or an equivalent design tool.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design processes, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio highlighting relevant work in UX design and visual design

Responsibilities

• UX Design: Lead UX design for new initiatives across the BrightEdge platform, from concept development through interface design and interaction refinement.
• AI-Influenced Experience Design: Help shape intuitive and trustworthy experiences in areas where AI, automation, and recommendations are part of the workflow.
• Prototyping and Design Development: Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas, validate concepts, and support rapid iteration. Use AI tools where appropriate to improve speed and efficiency in the design process.
• Visual Design: Contribute to the evolution of BrightEdge’s visual design using modern enterprise patterns and thoughtful motion where it improves clarity and usability.
• Final Design Execution: Produce clear, detailed design specifications and work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation, using AI where helpful to speed documentation, clarify flows, and reduce repetitive work.
• Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• User Research: Gain deep insights into BrightEdge customers, validating designs to create experiences that resonate with target users.
• Design Systems and Guidelines: Contribute to BrightEdge design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our product suite.
• Mentoring: Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team's growth and knowledge sharing.
