What You'll Be Doing: Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to translate customer goals and challenges into valuable solutions. Make customer-centered design decisions based on real understanding and data. Create consistent experiences using our JobNimbus brand guidelines, standards, and robust design system. Show, don’t tell, your design ideas using a wide variety of tools like storyboards, wireframes, flows, UI mockups, and prototypes. Discover and synthesize customer insights through interviews, user testing, data analysis, and building partnerships with CX, Marketing and Sales teams. Bring a passion for design culture and new technologies to the R&D team to elevate our process while staying focused on the customer. Make an impact on the design team through mentorship, participating in critiques, and finding ways to support each other. Own the holistic customer experience—be willing to find answers and view problems as opportunities.
