This person seeks to improve the user experience by making their interactions simple, useful, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling. Responsibilities: Work with Product Managers, Developers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand user needs, project goals, and business requirements. Partner in user research studies and evaluation of user feedback. Create consistent, comprehensive, and functional wireframes or prototypes. Present designs to peers, stakeholders, and developers and iterate based on feedback. Design, write, communicate, and update UX/UI guidelines. Review UIs to verify that design and UX/UI guidelines were implemented correctly. Advocate for end users throughout the company. Recommend priority for fixing UX bugs. Extensive knowledge of user needs within division's domain Efficiently reconciles conflicts between product requirements and development constraints Creates comprehensive user profiles and usability tests Speaks to usability concerns across the company Establishes networking connections with industry partners Active in mentoring and training others Initiates conversations with required parties Requirements: 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles in insurance, financial services, financial technology or data products Experience with a focus on either Accounting, Aggregation of Investment Portfolio Data, Reporting or other complimentary solutions / services would be highly beneficial History of successfully mentoring a product / specialist team Knowledge of industry challenges such as regional regulations Demonstrated success of putting client success at the heart of your decisions MS Office and Salesforce Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to synthesize and communicate results of data analysis Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Desired Experience or Skills: Thank you for your interest in a career with Clearwater!
