About The Position

We believe that great design drives growth and loyalty, and we are looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong eCommerce experience to join our dynamic Design team. Role Overview As a Senior UX Designer, you'll lead the design of elegant, intuitive, and conversion-savvy experiences that guide our customers from the spark of discovery to the satisfaction of checkout. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life-ideas rooted in real human needs, real business goals, and thoughtful design. You bring depth in eCommerce design, empathy for users, and a sharp eye for detail. But you're also curious, collaborative, and not afraid to challenge the status quo. Whether it's simplifying a complex flow or refining a micro-interaction, you know how to make the hard things feel easy-and the good things feel even better.

Requirements

6+ years of professional experience in design, with at least 4 years focused on eCommerce platforms.
Excellent visual and interactive skills.
Experience conducting user and market research.
Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
System-thinker with the ability to see impact holistically.
The ability to critically analyze data and articulate hypotheses
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end eCommerce design projects (web and mobile).
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma).
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end capabilities (not required but a plus).
Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards, and performance optimization for eCommerce sites.

Responsibilities

Help lead the design process for our eCommerce products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines.
Shape journeys that not only drive conversion but feel effortless-meeting users where they are and helping them take the next step with ease.
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Analyze user data (e.g., heatmaps, A/B tests) to iterate and improve user experiences.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in eCommerce.
Ability to challenge the status quo and innovate on current and anticipated consumer behaviors
