Senior UX Designer
About The Position
The Senior UX Designer is responsible for working with minimal instruction on non-routine assignments, demonstrating sound judgment to resolve moderately complex design challenges. This role includes ownership of design initiatives for digital services, applications and interactive systems - emphasizing user-centered and high-quality experiences. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- User-Centered Design: Applying user-focused methodologies in design processes.
- UX Artifacts: Highly-skilled in creating a variety of UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and other solution design documents.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing user data and metrics in design.
- Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior designers on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user experience design, from concept to final implementation, for digital services, applications and interactive systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, project managers, copywriters, engineers, and researchers to define and meet design objectives.
- Conduct and interpret business requirements and user insights, transforming input into actionable design solutions.
- Produce and present high-fidelity UX design artifacts including but not limited to diagrams, concepts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and production requirements while supporting team tooling standardization and processes.
- Review usability issues and propose improvements to refine the user experience.
