About The Position

With studios in Austin, Boston, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle, Blink brings two decades of experience to research, design, and strategy for clients such as Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft, NASA, Starbucks, and USAA. This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners. Location: On-site in NY 5 days a week Duration: 1 year

Requirements

• Experience in UX design and user research.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and final UI.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI for digital products.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Translate insights into clear design recommendations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high‑quality implementation.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain UX best practices.
