About The Position

The Senior UX Designer is responsible for working with minimal instruction on non-routine assignments, demonstrating sound judgment to resolve moderately complex design challenges. This role includes ownership of design initiatives for digital services, applications and interactive systems - emphasizing user-centered and high-quality experiences. What you will do: Lead end-to-end user experience design, from concept to final implementation, for digital services, applications and interactive systems. Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, project managers, copywriters, engineers, and researchers to define and meet design objectives. Conduct and interpret business requirements and user insights, transforming input into actionable design solutions. Produce and present high-fidelity UX design artifacts including but not limited to diagrams, concepts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and production requirements while supporting team tooling standardization and processes. Review usability issues and propose improvements to refine the user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • User-Centered Design: Applying user-focused methodologies in design processes.
  • UX Artifacts: Highly-skilled in creating a variety of UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and other solution design documents.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing user data and metrics in design.
  • Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior designers on best practices.

Responsibilities
