About the position

At Exiger we’re looking for a Product Designer to bring best of breed UX to all our products. The Product Designer will work across the organization and with internal and external customers to deliver our product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Work with multiple stakeholders from product management and product development as well as our business stakeholders to understand and define the UX for new features added to existing product(s) or new product releases
  • Define and implement a full product design cycle from UX research & usability testing, to design concept, through creating a pixel-perfect UI, and provide final hand-off to development.
  • Perform visual QA upon delivery of new product features
  • Present design ideas and concepts to key stakeholders as part of the UX refinement process.
  • Ensure design consistency across products by ensuring that design kits and process are available across key stakeholders in the SDLC process
  • Run research exercises with new or existing customers to confirm and inform product design concepts
  • Work on multiple design projects at the same time while being able to understand how best to prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Be a self-starter that capable of building out the team in the future but is also comfortable to do what needs to be done to ensure deliveries stay on task today
  • Implement a culture of UX design quality and consistency across all products in the platform

Requirements

  • Experience with best of breed UX design tooling
  • Strong organizational skills, including an ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple activities and projects
  • Proven ability to work well, both individually and within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and effectively
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong executive written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of being able to conduct user interviews and summarize those findings for utilization in the design process
  • Proven experience applying user-centric UX methodologies, with ability to extract and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to improve the user experience
