About The Position

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead and execute end-to-end design for digital platforms and tools, including campaign management interfaces, creative asset workflows, targeting configuration, and performance dashboards, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. You will operate at both tactical and strategic levels across multiple initiatives, defining experience strategies that elevate design quality while aligning with product vision and business priorities. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners will be key to identifying opportunities where design can enhance the user experience and drive measurable performance. You will translate complex product requirements into modular, scalable user experiences using Figma, including high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and flexible design patterns. Additionally, you will leverage AI-enhanced tools and machine learning to streamline campaign setup and design workflows, including smart creative generation, predictive targeting UX, and automated optimization support for novice and advanced users. Leading design reviews, offering actionable feedback, and mentoring designers across teams will also be part of your responsibilities. You will deliver inclusive, accessible solutions that meet WCAG standards and account for edge cases, responsive behavior, and platform-specific constraints. Your role will involve designing and refining workflows for self-service tools, contributing to and evolving scalable design systems, and participating in user research, usability testing, and behavioral data analysis to validate and inform design solutions. Presenting design rationale and strategy through high-quality storytelling tailored to both technical and executive audiences will be essential.
