As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the overall experience of Freshworks.com. You will be focused in ensuring that approaches are customer-centric while continuously working to achieve business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, visual designers and publishers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your work will involve understanding user needs, defining user flows, and creating wireframes and prototypes that bring ideas to life.
