About The Position

This role is essential for evolving and scaling our UX tools, processes, and methodologies, ensuring that we not only meet current product needs but also anticipate future demands in a rapidly evolving design and technology landscape. By integrating a user-centered and technology-informed approach, the Principal Design Technologist will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, efficient, and engaging UX tools and best practices that empower our product design teams across Qualtrics. This includes leveraging and improving the design system as a key component of our tooling strategy.
