We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about the intersection of physical and virtual worlds, including AI-powered systems and agent-based workflows, reaching beyond what is shown on a screen to include the physical environment, building layout, equipment, work processes - anything and everything that impacts how work inside our fulfillment centers gets done. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, self-learner, and self-starter with 5+ years of UX experience and demonstrated expertise in designing AI interfaces. You should look around corners to identify user problems and needs, proactively initiate the design process, deliver user-centric design, and influence stakeholders to positively impact experiences within Amazon's global fulfillment network. You will create scalable solutions utilizing multiple tools and techniques, including industry-standard design platforms and AI-driven prototyping tools. As a Senior UX Designer, you will work alongside a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers to invent solutions that improve the safety, productivity, and engagement of ~1M+ Amazon associates who work in Amazon's fulfillment network worldwide. You will own and drive the user experience from a global perspective, participate in research studies, and deliver simple, elegant, and highly functional designs incorporating emerging technologies. You will help build relationships across teams and countries, promote collaboration and efficiency, and raise the user experience bar to improve the lives of our fulfillment center team members and ultimately deliver smiles to Amazon customers.
