The Senior CX/UX Research Consultant is responsible for enhancing customer-facing products and solutions within Wolters Kluwer’s CT Corporation business unit. This role involves driving a deep understanding of customer jobs to be done, unmet needs, and pain points. Reporting to the Lead UX/CX researcher, this consultant will work with a multidisciplinary team of product and technology managers, user-experience designers, and engineers to continuously improve the end-to-end experience through various UX Research studies for CT Corporation. The role emphasizes fostering a close partnership with senior business and development stakeholders to deliver world-class experiences through data-driven decision-making and creating useful, usable, and delightful new and existing solutions and patterns.
