About The Position
We’re looking for a highly collaborative Staff Content Designer to elevate the quality and clarity of our in-product content experiences. In this senior-level role, you’ll execute content strategy and design for key product and platform areas — from in-app enablement and UI copy to technical documentation and release notes. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other content curators to create cohesive, helpful, and user-centered content that empowers our users and drives product adoption. You bring a strong point of view on how language shapes user experiences, and you're excited to lead content thinking at both the systems and feature levels.
