About The Position

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who can push the boundaries of user experience. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, hands-on design, and leadership to create experiences that delight users and drive business growth. You will be responsible for high-impact projects, guiding design decisions, and influencing product direction while mentoring teammates and shaping the design culture at Goosehead. You will tackle our most complex design challenges and help shape the future of our product experiences. This is a senior individual contributor role, not a management position, where you will lead by example through your vision, craft, and influence. You will collaborate with executives, product leaders, and engineering partners to define strategy while remaining hands-on with design execution. As a human-centric, strategic thinker, you are detail-oriented, naturally curious, and well-versed in both desktop and mobile customer-facing experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Experience with both desktop and mobile customer-facing experiences.
• Ability to lead by example and influence without direct authority.
