Job Title : Senior US Medical Lead (Medical Affairs) Location : Dallas, TX Job Summary: The Senior US Medical Lead serves as an internal scientific expert to partner with the Injectable Aesthetic business Restylane Franchise of hyaluronic acid filler products. This role acts as the primary medical affairs interface for the dedicated US teams (e.g.., marketing, sales, field medical affairs, and others) by developing and implementing the US Medical Strategy for the Restylane Franchise portfolio. This primarily involves leading, coordinating, and implementing projects according to the business unit’s needs by leveraging scientific asset management through novel claims and creation of medical documents (e.g. slide decks, etc), helping to develop educational content for health care providers (HCPs), developing and implementing a US publication strategy, training the sales and field medical affairs teams, partnering with the Global Medical Affairs team to localize global strategy, and other key activities. Additionally, this position plays an integral leadership role in a cross-functional, collaborative environment by providing scientific expertise to the Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and other key stakeholders.
