As the Senior University Recruiter for the US you'll own all parts of the university recruiting life cycle, including participating in running on-campus and virtual events, driving a robust candidate pool, building the Intuit brand, and overseeing all candidate engagement. You will partner with all business units across the Tech ecosystem to help drive their intern, co-op and new grad hiring goals and initiatives. You will be the face of the UR in the US and part of the larger University Recruitment Team and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager for UR. You will provide full lifecycle execution of campus recruitment activities for multiple undergraduate and/or graduate programs to effectively build a talent pipeline that meets the needs of workforce plans, managing on-campus and final interview schedules, as well as consulting on final selection of candidates and extending offers. You will assist hiring managers throughout the employment process and provide feedback/measurement reporting to hiring managers. You should be passionate about university recruiting and have a strong ability to multi-task all while supporting the overall university Recruitment strategy for the organization.
