About The Position

Tyto Athene is searching for a Sr. Unified Communications Engineer to support our team. Responsibilities: Provide support for Communication Server 2100 (CS2100), Ribbon AS (standalone and Geo configurations), and Cisco Call Manager cluster with SRST CMEs. Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Cisco CUCM, CUC, CSSM, and UCCX systems (version 8 thru 14.x). Provide support for customer labs running CRQM, SIP deployments, and CS2100 demonstrations. Provide next level support to Network Enterprise Technical Support (NETS), Pre-Inservice (PI), and Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) groups. Experienced with deployment of CICM, SIP, SCCP, and secure phones, making the necessary CSLAN updates to accommodate for various levels of network security. Perform Network Engineering in establishing a network specbook template and auditing customer site specbook. Performed integration support and interop testing between Ribbon AS and Microsoft Mediation server for MS Teams. MS Teams admin responsible for adding Teams phone service with Direct Routing via Ribbon/Sonus 5400 SBCs.
