  • Assist in the development and implementation of underwriting operations policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on operational tasks and best practices.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and consistency of underwriting operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as claims, finance, and legal to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and company policies that impact underwriting operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of underwriting operations.
