Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA approved law school.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing in the relevant state.
  • 3-10 years of experience in title insurance or real estate.
  • Knowledge of title insurance rates and state-specific rules.
  • Strong communication skills for written and verbal interactions.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering educational content.
  • Ability to develop and support new customer relationships.
  • Must be located in or near the jurisdiction relevant to the role.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide underwriting support and guidance on real estate transactions and title insurance matters.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to enhance business development efforts.
