About The Position

$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence. Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. For Breast Center: Independently performs diagnostic ultrasound scans on breast. Performs procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Two year technical program or A COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND DIRECTLY RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE.
• For Imaging Deparatment: Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program.
• National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• For Breast Center: Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program.
• ARDMS in Abdomen and OB (for Imaging Department) upon hire.
• Prior ultrasound experience.
