About The Position

The Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist (ULS CAS) at Johnson & Johnson is a pivotal role responsible for providing technical and clinical product support to healthcare providers, specifically Electrophysiology (EP) physicians, Interventional Cardiologists (IC), and laboratory staff. This position focuses on the utilization of BWI diagnostic and therapeutic catheters and systems, particularly the AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ catheters, to facilitate advanced cardiac ablation and interventional procedures. The ULS CAS is tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians and EP laboratory staff to promote the adoption of new products and technologies, thereby enhancing the company's product utilization and market presence. In this role, the ULS CAS will collaborate closely with a Regional Business Director, Territory Managers, EP Clinical Account Specialists, Field Service Engineers, and Field Management to ensure alignment and coordination of activities that meet business objectives. The specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance, training healthcare professionals on the effective use of BWI's systems and catheter equipment, including the CARTO® System and its associated software modules. The ULS CAS will also educate customers on all BWI products, optimizing their usage through in-service training and sharing best practices to enhance customer value. The position requires a consultative selling approach to identify potential sales opportunities and create awareness of BWI solutions, facilitating connections between Territory Sales Managers and key decision-makers. The ULS CAS will maximize customer case support through effective planning and scheduling, while also maintaining open lines of communication with both internal and external partners. Additionally, the specialist will stay updated on product instructions, best practices, and relevant scientific literature, ensuring they can respond effectively to requests in high-stress environments. Mentoring new team members and performing other assigned duties are also part of the role's responsibilities.
